This item comes complete its a bouncer which connects to the frame to turn into a swing. unfortunately the vibration doesn.t work unknown to why but rest of settings work perfectly fine with a six speed setting and theres a choice of animal sounds or music but there is a mute button too which is handy for when baby falls asleep. it has a three position recline.
